- always read the captions of every lapags for the album/merchandise condition before mine-ing.
- wait for the order confirmation within 48 hours.
- always PAYMENT FIRST. NO CASH ON DELIVERY.
- sending the proof of payment thru DM and answering payment form is a must. payment will not be valid if you did not send any proof and did not fill up the payment form.
- settle your payment on or before the said Date Of Payment (DOP) to avoid late payment fees.
- payment confirmation will be sent within 48 hours and will reflect to the masterlist afterwards.
- NO RUSH SHIPMENTS!
- late payment fee is Php 50.00 per day after the DOP.
- strictly no cancellation.
- if you wish to do so, cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount of the item.

- no rush in shipping.
- i will not be held liable for any dents, defects and missing parcel CAUSED BY THE COURIER. remember that we always check the condition of the albums. no refund or compensation fee.
- if the damage is in our part, we will give compensation fee but we need a complete unboxing video (from the opening of courier's pouch until the end). no unboxing video, no compensation fee.
- do not avail if you are impatient. international deliveries usually takes 4-8 weeks before arriving in our PH address.
